These terms govern your use of the Entercept AI website. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.
They cover this website only. Assurance engagements are governed entirely by a separate written agreement between Entercept AI Ltd and the client, and nothing on this website varies that agreement.

The content on this site describes our services and our approach to AI assurance. It is provided for general information. It is not legal advice, regulatory advice, or a determination that any particular AI system does or does not comply with any law or standard.
You should not act, or refrain from acting, on the basis of material published here without obtaining advice appropriate to your circumstances.
Specimen reports and illustrations
Any sample AI Assurance Report, panel, diagram, figure or identifier shown on this site is a specimen created for illustration. Systems, assessment identifiers, findings, digests and dates in those materials are fictitious and do not describe a real client, a real assessment or a real result.
Specimen materials illustrate report structure and methodology. They must not be presented to any third party as an actual assurance opinion, and they confer no assurance on any system.
No assurance relationship
Using this site, submitting a form or attending a demonstration does not create an assurance, advisory or contractual relationship with Entercept. An engagement begins only when a written agreement is signed by both parties.
Intellectual property
The Entercept name, mark, site design, text, diagrams and assessment methodology descriptions are owned by Entercept AI Ltd or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law.
You may view this site and print or download extracts for your own internal, non-commercial reference. You may not republish, sell, sub-licence or systematically extract material from the site without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site in any way that is unlawful or that could damage, disable or impair it.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting environment or any connected system.
- Do not introduce malicious code, or attempt to interfere with the availability of the site for others.

- Do not misrepresent specimen materials as genuine assurance opinions.
